L’inganno della farina

 

La farina bianca, così come tutti i prodotti raffinati, causa un aumento della glicemia e, di conseguenza, un incremento dell’insulina, portando col tempo ad un maggior accumulo di grassi depositati e al conseguente indebolimento del nostro organismo, che diventa maggiormente esposto ad ogni tipo di malattie, anche tumori.
Quando la farina viene raffinata perde le proprietà nutrienti tipiche del frumento integrale, che è un’ottima fonte di fibre ed è ricco di numerose sostanze, che si trovano nella crusca e nel germe.
Quando mangiamo prodotti raffinati, tra cui il pane bianco, gli zuccheri presenti nel sangue aumentano improvvisamente e in maniera notevole e di conseguenza il nostro organismo produce più insulina, che porta all’incremento di grassi depositati e favorisce un rapido aumento di peso e di trigliceridi elevati.

Tutto ciò può causare malattie cardiache. Inoltre, col passare del tempo, la produzione di insulina si blocca perché il pancreas è troppo carico di lavoro, provocando stati patologici come l’ipoglicemia e malattie come il diabete.
Altro problema sono i falsi integrali che si utilizza nella preparazione di alcuni alimenti.
Questi comprende una parte di farina 00 con l’aggiunta di crusca finemente macinata che poi è il residuo della raffinazione.

In questo modo, si aggiunge la beffa al danno, perché un prodotto del genere è ancor meno amico della salute in quanto la troppa crusca rallenta l’assorbimento del ferro e del calcio.
